Tanika Powell
Tanika Powell, DNP, MSN, APRN, NP-C is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a diverse background of healthcare experience that includes, medical-surgical, endocrinology, primary care, adult and geriatric, and home health. She is a obtained her nursing degree from Albany State University, her Master of Nursing from Emory University, and her Doctoral of Nursing Practice from Capella University. She created Elite IV Hydration and Wellness out of a desire educate and provide another means of healthcare through a holistic approach for her clients. As a nurse practitioner she has always had the desire to become an entrepreneur and had a passion in educating her clients on the importance of obtaining optimal health and wellness; however, she had limitations in the care she could provide.
After 17 years of being in the nursing field, with 14 of those being a nurse practitioner, she decided to step out on faith and follow her passion while learning about the being a Med Spa entrepreneur, and the services she could provide to help her clients in a holistic way. She learned of the benefits of IV Hydration and thought it would be beneficial for her clients. Thereafter, she started Elite IV Hydration and Wellness.
Elite IV Hydration and Wellness has a mission to educate and empower our clients to obtain optimal confidence and achieve their health, beauty, and wellness goals and needs by providing comprehensive, exceptional, and warm-hearted healthcare service. In addition, we wish to self-empower our clients to have optimal health, provide a positive work environment and opportunity for growth to our employees.
Tanika Powell is married and they have three handsome boys. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, working out, and spending quality time with family and friends.
